Expressing Opinions — とおもいます

とおもいます = "I think that ~"

にほんごはおもしろいとおもいます。 — I think Japanese is interesting.
あしたはあめだとおもいます。 — I think it'll rain tomorrow.

Asking opinions:
どうおもいますか? — What do you think?

Expressing uncertainty — かもしれません:
あしたあめかもしれません。 — It might rain tomorrow.

かもしれません is softer — more "maybe" than "I think".
